Built to Last

EvoThermo subfloor panels are insulated with Type 2 expanded polystyrene to ensure your basement stays dry and comfortable all year long. Key benefits include:
Waterproof & Rot-Proof: Designed to withstand moisture without deteriorating.
Compression Resistant: Panels can withstand heavy furniture and loads of 15 lbs/in² (2200 lbs/ft²).
Free of harmful chemicals like CFCs or HCFCs: Your family won’t be exposed to toxic fumes or off-gassing.
Airtight: Double tongue & groove system prevents cold air from seeping through the joints.
Keeps Your Basement Dry: Drainage grooves in the polystyrene insulation direct any water that might seep in from the foundation walls toward the floor drain.
